Akkineni Nagarjuna was in a joyous mood at the audio launch of Greeku Veerudu. He is very confident and upbeat about the film. Nagarjuna said that this film is a beautiful love story with ample dose of entertainment. After Santosham, director Dasaradh directed this film with Nag and the music scored by Thaman is pretty impressive.

Nagarjuna, who looked as handsome and young as ever, said that he has enjoyed dancing to the tunes of Thaman. He told that Thaman's music inspired him to do good dance moves in Greeku Veerudu. He also credited choreographer Ganesh Master for bringing out the best in him. Finally, he said that few people are asking about his retirement from films. 'Why would I retire from films? Chaitanya may retire and even Akhil may debut and also retire in the meantime. But I won't retire from acting until the end. Bathikinanta kaalam King laane bathukutha (I will live like the King forever),' he said amidst the cheers of his fans.

Nagarjuna said that he loves to hear to the cheers of his fans and that gives him energy to move ahead. He added that his father is his inspiration and he has taught him discipline. He wished that Chaitanya and Akhil too will follow their grandfather and father.
