South India Shopping Mall in Kukutpally was inaugurated by Superstar Mahesh the other day in a grand manner. Mahesh is the brand ambassador of the showroom too. But shockingly, the mall is seized by GHMC officials today for lack of occupancy certificate. GHMC additional planning officer Ramulu stated that SouthIndia mall is not having proper parking facilities and violated other building norms, for which they are not issued an occupancy certificate till date.
More authentic information is yet to come on the issue, while SouthIndia mall owners are not available for comment.
