They are approaching them directly and ‘entertaining’ them in the way they wish and getting jobs. Of course, not all girls are doing this but some girls are reportedly not hesitating to go to any extent to get a job. In this process, few fakes are projecting themselves as HR guys and taking advantage of few girls in the name of jobs.
