George V Nereaparambil, an Indian Mechanic, is now a proud owner of 22 Apartments in  Dubai's Burj Khalifa which is known as World's Tallest Structure.

Once, A relative of George teased him saying he can't even enter into Burj Khalifa. Soon after seeing an advert in a newspaper, George took one of the Apartments for rent and began living in it the very next day. This happened in the year 2010.

Six Years have passed and Today, George V Nereaparambil owns about 22 Apartments in Burj Khalifa. Out of them Five have been rented. He is in search of the right tenants for the rest. George doesn't want to stop at 22. He wishes to buy few more if he gets a good deal.

George V Nereaparambil, a Kerala-born, made money from waste at the age of 11. People in his native village used to cultivate cotton and throw away its seeds. Very few knew, Gum could be produced from the cotton seeds and George made 90 percent profit by selling them. He implemented the same with Tamarind seeds and used to sell the empty shells as cattle feed.

When he reached Sharjah in 1976, He realized the immense scope for Air Conditioning Business due to the high temperatures. He now created a mini empire, GEO Group of Companies.
