Niharika Konidela, the first-ever heroine from the mega family which had introduced several top film stars to the Telugu film industry, has left it to her mother to decide about her marriage.
Reacting on her personal life and career on the occasion of the release of her first film, Niharika says she is a little tense about her debut film.
If there is a negative feedback for the film, it will affect not only her personally, but also the mega family; and it would definitely be an embarrassing for her.
She doesn’t mind it will have an impact on her personal career, but she will feel bad if the mega family has to bear the brunt of the criticism,
At present, Niharika has not okayed any second film. She gives full credit to her parents in her becoming a heroine. She says her parents have given her full freedom in every aspect, particularly education and career, though they had own their desires and goals.
However, she says she gives total freedom to her parents in selecting her groom. And she makes it clear that she will stop acting soon after her marriage.
“As a home maker, my mother is a role model for me. Like her, I too will spend my time in grooming my children and taking care of my family,” she said.
By saying that she would stop acting in films after marriage, Niharika inadvertently conveyed that she might act in a few movies!
