NTR Jr's massive blockbuster 'Janath Garage' is expected to enjoy another good week with the new Telugu releases of this Friday have been met with below average reviews and dull response from audiences at box office.
Two notable films 'Siddhartha' and 'Nirmala Convent' were released this Friday and both were reportedly welcomed by almost empty theatres. Despite the heavy promotions from several celebrities, Akkineni Nagarjuna's production venture 'Nirmala Convent' could not make any impact at the ticket window. The lackluster performance of these films is only helping 'Janatha Garage' to add further moolah to its already hefty tally.
'Janatha Garage' is currently shy of 'Attharintiki Daredi' by just less than Rs 1 Cr. While the Pawan Kalyan's family entertainer raked in a share of Rs 74.5 Cr in its full run, the NTR starrer has managed to collect Rs 74 Cr share in its first two weeks alone. The film is expected to comfortably cross the Pawan starrer and emerge the 3rd All Time Biggest Commercial hit in the history of Telugu cinema, only behind 'Baahubali' and 'Srimanthudu'. -
