Often, amateur enthusiasts try out various risky stunts which are being aired on several reality shows despite warnings. In some cases, these stunts turn fatal. In one such incident, a 19-year-old teenager named Mohammed Jalaluddin from Hyderabad lost his life while recreating a risky stunt he saw on a popular TV reality show.
Jalaluddin, an intermediate student and a resident of Falaknuma in Old City, wanted to enter the popular TV reality show 'India's got talent' and in the process, he was performing several risky fire stunts. He first consumed kerosene and spewed fire from his mouth, while a couple of his friends were recording his stunts on their mobile phones.
Jalaluddin and his friends then went atop a nearby hill to perform another death defying stunt. The victim poured kerosene on his T-shirt and lit it. However, Jalaluddin could not remove the T-shirt in time and sustained more than 60% burns.
In his dying declaration, Jalaluddin said that no one is responsible for the incident as he voluntarily did it to enter into the reality show.
