Pooja Mishra, a model video jockey, has slapped a defamation suit against Indo-Canadian Bollywoodactress and model Sunny Leone. Both the stars participated in Big Boss' Season 5.

The controversial star Pooja has filed a criminal defamation case in the Bombay High Court seeking a compensation of whopping Rs 100 crore for allegedly defaming her. The former had earlier also reportedly made such attempts.

In her petition, Pooja said that Sunny Leone had earlier given defamatory interviews as the latter was jealous about the former. She further said that the Indo-Canadian actress had damaged her reputation for which she had to break her fixed deposits and suffered a loss of Rs 70 lakh.

Pooja urged the court to issue process against Sunny Leone under under IPC sections 500 (defamation) read with 120(b) (conspiracy). The matter is expected to come up hearing in June 2016 in the High Court.

Pooja Mishra has made headlines earlier also for wrong reasons. She was caught beating up a hotel's staff for asking her to pay the bills. The star also came heavily on media, saying that she would file a defamation case seeking Rs 1000 crore.
