Shruti acted alongside Pawan in 'Gabbar Singh', which was a blockbuster hit for Power star after many years. After a disaster like 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh', Pawan needs a blockbuster this time to please his fans.
That is the reason why the makers seemed interested in roping Shruti for this faction based love saga. However, the final decision is left to Pawan, who will return to India shortly.
