Going by trailer, Nirmala Convent is a fresh, pure love story, as Nag himself describes it towards the end, between a teenage school couple, Samuel (actor Srikanth's son Roshan) and Shruti (child actress turned heroine Shriya Sharma). What happens when Samuel challenges Nag, who plays a special role in the film, forms the crux of the story.
The trailer is well complemented by senior music director Koti's son Roshan Saluri's vibrant and peppy music, which also features AR Rahman's son AR Ameen's debut Telugu song, Vishweshar's colorful visuals and finally, the fresh chemistry between the film's young lead cast, Roshan and Shriya.
Interestingly, Nag's voice-over which narrates the film's story, sounds more like one of his speeches in the Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu game show. Roshan has the looks to be a hero material. Let's see if he will make a striking debut this monsoon season. -
