Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani's son Anant Ambani has lost 108 kgs in a span of 18 months. A Telugu Man played a key role in the drastic body transformation of Mr.Ambani. He is none other than Vinod Chenna who won Mr.Mumbai, Mr.Gurgav, Mr.Maharashtra runner up titles. He earlier worked as fitness trainer for Bollywood stars John Abraham and Shilpa Shetty.
The weight of Anant Ambani used to be 180-208 kgs couple of years ago. Ambanis finally decided to focus on weight loss before it leads to health complications.
The diet of Anant Ambani include more protein & fibre content, less carbohydrates. He used to eat Veggies, Sprouts, Cottage Cheese, Half a tea spoon of Ghee and Pulses. Junk Food is a big NO. This low calorie diet fetched only 1,200 to 1,400 calories per day.
Anant Ambani used to workout for 5-6 hours a day. He was made to walk for a minimum of 30 minutes to maximum 2 hours on daily basis, covering a distance of 21 km.
